Hyundai Construction Hosts Live Real Estate Talk Show on YouTube Channel
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Hyundai Engineering & Construction announced on the 5th that it will conduct a live real estate talk show through its official YouTube channel 'Hills Casting' on the 6th, becoming the first domestic construction company to do so.
The talk show, which will be held from 10 a.m. on the 6th, will bring together real estate experts to analyze the housing market trends of 2020 and forecast the real estate market in 2021. The cast includes Kim Hak-ryeol, head of SmartTube Real Estate Research Institute (pen name Ppasyong), Lee Joo-hyun, CEO of Wolcheonjae Tech (Wolcheondaesa), Lee Sang-woo, CEO of Invade Investment Advisory, and Moon Kwan-sik, real estate columnist (Agigom).
The show will summarize how the real estate market performed this year in Seoul, the metropolitan area, major cities, and small and medium-sized provincial cities, and analyze how government real estate regulations affected the market. It will examine key real estate issues for next year, such as the Seoul mayoral election and the development of the 3rd new town, and present forecasts for the real estate market in 2021. For actual buyers aiming to purchase their own homes, it will also review regions and projects that new subscription applicants should pay attention to next year. There will also be a segment predicting trends for alternative residential products such as officetels, urban lifestyle housing, and residential lodging facilities.
