Jungjingong-Dongduk Women's University Leading Youth Female Job Creation
Job Creation Agreement for Small and Medium Venture Enterprises by Young Women on the 4th
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Small and Medium Business Corporation (Chairman Kim Hak-do, hereinafter referred to as SBC) announced on the 4th that it signed a "Business Agreement for Job Creation for Young Women in Small and Medium Ventures" with Dongduk Women's University Industry-Linked Long-Term Field Training Program (IPP) Project Group (Director Kim Yoon-tae, hereinafter Dongduk Women's University).
Through the agreement, both organizations plan to jointly promote small and medium venture employment support projects such as ▲ customized job matching ▲ improving awareness of small and medium enterprises through field visits to excellent SMEs ▲ job competency enhancement programs for young female job seekers. Earlier in July, SBC and Dongduk Women's University piloted customized job matching between promising small and medium ventures in Seoul and outstanding young female job seekers from the university, facilitating employment connections for 20 companies and 45 young women. The customized job matching was conducted through non-face-to-face employment counseling between promising companies registered at SBC's Corporate Workforce Difficulty Center and young female job seekers from the university. SBC operates the Corporate Workforce Difficulty Center at 32 regional headquarters nationwide to resolve the recruitment difficulties of small and medium ventures.
