Geumcheon-gu, 'Emotional Management Techniques' Lecture for Overcoming COVID-19 on November 11 and 13
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yuseong Hoon) introduces effective ways to manage emotions for people feeling depressed and frustrated due to significant changes in daily life caused by the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.
The district will hold an 'Emotion Management' lecture for Geumcheon residents and district employees on the 11th and 13th from 2 PM to 4 PM.
Lecturer Donghwan Lee, CEO of the Job Stress Research Institute and director of the Chronic Fatigue Clinic, will give a lecture on 'Looking Inside My Mind,' which covers stress self-diagnosis and the secrets of the brain, as well as 'Mind and Body Management' for positive energy. A Q&A session will follow the lecture to address any questions.
This lecture is open to any Geumcheon resident or district employee. Registration is limited to the first 100 applicants. Those wishing to attend can apply by visiting or calling the Geumcheon Mental Health Welfare Center.
Meanwhile, Lecturer Donghwan Lee is a family medicine specialist with experience lecturing at major companies such as Samsung, Kia, and Hyundai, as well as public broadcasters including MBC, KBS, and SBS. He has authored numerous health-related books, including Winning Body and My Wise Emotional Life.
