According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 2nd, the west coast and Jeju Island will be mostly cloudy on the 3rd, and showers will fall in the central region and northern Jeonbuk until dawn. The expected precipitation is less than 5mm.
The morning low temperature is forecasted to be between -2 and 10 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 7 and 14 degrees Celsius. As cold air moves southward from the northwest, morning temperatures in most parts of the country will drop below 5 degrees Celsius, making it cold. In high mountainous areas, snow flurries are also expected.
