Shopping Chances Overflow in E-commerce This November
Wemakeprice, TMON, and Other E-commerce Companies Hold November Shopping Events One After Another
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] E-commerce companies have prepared special sales events offering significant discounts and various benefits to mark November. These events are expected to play a role in boosting consumer sentiment, which has been subdued due to the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) this year. In particular, as the trend of contactless consumption expands, it is anticipated to provide consumers with an opportunity to enjoy more reasonable shopping from home.
Wemakeprice (WEMAKEPRICE) will hold Wemakeprice Day for three days starting from December 1 as its first special sale event in November. Wemakeprice plans to offer up to 45% discount benefits during Wemakeprice Day, with daily time deals and various special promotions such as brand pavilions. First, all customers who purchase Wemakeprice Day products will receive a shopping cart discount coupon of up to 15%. In addition, overlapping coupons can be used, including card company-specific coupons (10%) and brand-specific coupons (20%), providing up to 45% discount benefits.
Time deals will also open three times daily, showcasing four ultra-discounted products per time slot. The brand pavilion has carefully selected 10 best brands including Hanssem, Yuhan-Kimberly, Amorepacific, and Maeil Dairies. A Wemakeprice official stated, "We plan to hold special sales events every day throughout November and conduct various promotions with more benefits. As the opening act, we will launch Wemakeprice Day, offering all customers up to 45% discount, limited quantity ultra-discounted time deals, and special prices on popular brand products with unprecedented benefits."
Tmon is launching the 'November Tmon All-Product Points Accumulation Promotion' targeting November, the biggest shopping season of the year. Super Save members earn 5% of the purchase amount as points, while regular members earn 2%. Additionally, Super Save members have special opportunities to accumulate extra points, receiving an additional 5% points daily at different special stores, totaling 10% points accumulation over the month.
There are also various opportunities to receive additional discounts and points. These include a 'Coupon Pack' offering up to 1 million KRW in discounts during November, various roulette events, and purchase events.
