NH Nonghyup Card Hosts Expert Lecture on "Financial Consumer Protection in the Untact Era"
Professor Lee Jun-young of Sangmyung University is giving a lecture on consumer protection to NH Card employees at the NH Nonghyup Bank headquarters on the 29th.

The day before, Professor Lee Jun-young of the Department of Economics and Finance at Sangmyung University, author of Trend Korea, was invited to give a special lecture on the theme of "2021 Market Environment Changes and Financial Consumer Protection." The lecture provided insights into the characteristics of the next normal era caused by the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and the role of card companies in consumer protection, receiving great responses from the executives and employees.
Along with this, the Consumer Protection Council shared the current status of card complaints and reviewed countermeasures for the Financial Consumer Protection Act scheduled to be implemented in March next year. They also agreed to quickly and efficiently handle customer inconveniences by strengthening employee training and improving customer feedback channels.
