Gwangju Shinsegae Operates 'Gwangjuri Market' Featuring Excellent Products from Local Youth Enterprises

(CEO Lee Donghoon) announced on the 28th that it will operate the local youth enterprise excellent product market 'Gwangjuri Jangteo' at the first-floor store from the 30th of this month to the 8th of next month.
Gwangju Shinsegae signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) last June with Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, and the Startup Support Network Association to mutually cooperate and jointly support the expansion of sales channels and growth support for youth startups and social enterprises.
According to this agreement, following the events held in July and December last year, this year's first event is jointly hosted with Seo-gu and the Startup Support Network Association.
The Gwangjuri Jangteo event, featuring excellent sellers from youth enterprises in the Gwangju area, is a representative event promoting youth enterprises with a total of 23 teams participating in product categories such as daily necessities, crafts, miscellaneous goods, food processing, clothing, and cosmetics.
In daily necessities, 7 teams participate with products such as cypress cutting boards, character scrubbers, coin wallets, and disinfectants, while in crafts, 6 teams join with mug cup sets, tea cup sets, cellphone bags, strainers, light and dark wallets, and phone stands.
In miscellaneous goods, 3 teams participate with silver earrings, hair accessories, hats, candles, and pouches; in food processing, 4 teams with organic onion extract, pumpkin concentrate, dried sweet potatoes, nutritional supplements, and domestic wheat cookies; in clothing, 2 teams with Pilates leggings, fleece jackets, dresses, scarves, and handkerchiefs; and in cosmetics, 1 team with bath bubble bars, plaster air fresheners, and sprays.
