Shinan1004 Youth Orchestra Holds Concert in the Forest

View original image[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Seo Young-seo] Shinan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Park Woo-ryang) announced on the 27th that the 9th Shinan 1004 Youth Orchestra regular concert will be held at 4 p.m. on the 31st at the 1004 Museum Park in Jaeun-myeon.
This concert will be a joint performance under the theme of "Memories" by the Shinan 1004 Youth Orchestra and the Adia Wind Orchestra.
Founded in 2011, the Shinan 1004 Youth Orchestra held its concerts indoors from the 1st to the 8th performances, but this year, due to COVID-19, the concert will be held outdoors at the 1004 Museum Park.
Shinan-gun will conduct the regular concert while adhering to quarantine guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection.
Governor Park Woo-ryang of Shinan said, "During this difficult time when body and mind are exhausted in daily life due to COVID-19, this concert delivering emotions through sound at the beautiful natural scenery of 1004 Museum Park will be a precious time for recharging."

The "Shinan 1004 Youth Orchestra" was founded in 2011 by Provincial Assemblyman Lee Hyuk-je during his time as an education activist, together with conductor Hong Myung-jin and other volunteer music instructors, to spread the El Sistema movement in Jeonnam education, and has been maintained with difficulty until now.
