TPM Logistics Acquisition Propels Growth into a 65 Billion KRW Digital Integrated Logistics Service Company
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Logistics management service company LogisSpot (co-CEOs Park Jun-gyu and Park Jae-yong) announced on the 27th that it has signed an acquisition agreement with TPM Logistics.
TPM Logistics, established in 2010, is a comprehensive logistics company operating more than 10 branches and logistics centers nationwide. It handles all export-import related logistics tasks carried out at airports and ports, including export cargo collection, inland transportation, container loading and unloading, import cargo storage, and delivery services, and provides domestic inland transportation services based on its nationwide network.
LogisSpot currently serves over 500 clients by offering a digital transportation platform that integrates various cargo transportation methods and provides optimized cargo transport solutions. Through this acquisition, LogisSpot will be able to digitalize and optimize the entire process from maritime and air export-import logistics to inter-company logistics services via inland transportation.

Based on this, LogisSpot plans to grow into a digital integrated logistics company with annual sales of 65 billion KRW and 700 clients. Park Jae-yong, CEO of LogisSpot, stated, "Through the acquisition of TPM Logistics, we have expanded the logistics service areas provided on the LogisSpot platform to better meet customers' logistics integrated management needs. We will actively demonstrate and enable digital transformation across business sectors and stakeholders in the domestic logistics market, which has been slow to digitalize, and strive to improve the domestic logistics market."
