Chosun University Career Development Center Successfully Completes 'Career and Employment Training' Program
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Jamin] Chosun University Career Center successfully completed the intensive career and employment planning training program conducted for Jangseong High-tech High School to establish governance among local youth.
According to Chosun University on the 22nd, this intensive career and employment planning training program is designed to support self-directed employment planning for third-year high school students with the help of dedicated professional consultants assigned to each individual.
The program ran from the 10th of last month to the 10th of this month and consisted of five sessions: Session 1 covered recruitment trends, career paths, and self-understanding; Session 2 explored career fields and job understanding; Session 3 focused on company and industry analysis; Session 4 involved establishing a competency development plan; and Session 5 was dedicated to creating a career roadmap.
Consultants provided 1:1 customized consulting after assigning preliminary tasks to enrolled students seeking employment planning.
