Professor A was indicted in August this year on charges of molesting graduate student B while driving together after a 2015 performance party, under the pretext of "taking her home." Professor A's side denies the molestation and claims innocence. The first trial of this case was originally scheduled for the same day, but the court postponed the hearing to decide whether to refer the case to a citizen trial.
