Dongshin University Operates 'Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Completion Course'
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Dongshin University announced on the 21st that it conducted a 'Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Completion Course' on the 20th at Donggang Hall in the Central Library for 20 enrolled students from the College of Health and Welfare and the Department of Aviation Service.
In the 'Completion Course' hosted by the University Red Cross, students learned the purpose and procedures of first aid, CPR methods, and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) through video viewing, expert lectures, and practical training.
Certificates of completion can be issued on the Korean Red Cross website after the training through the electronic attendance system.

Oh Seongrok, Director of the Dongshin University Career Center, said, "Rapid first aid within four minutes in emergency situations plays a crucial role in increasing survival rates," adding, "We hope students learn CPR to protect the lives of their loved ones and those around them in emergencies."
