Air Busan Opens Winter Season Reservations for Incheon~Shenzhen and Busan~Qingdao Routes
Incheon~Shenzhen 3-Month Occupancy Rate Approaches 80%
[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Air Busan announced on the 21st that it began selling seats for its China routes for the winter season starting from the 20th. The China routes operated by Air Busan are two routes: Incheon~Shenzhen and Busan~Qingdao.
Air Busan recently received approval from the Chinese government to operate routes during the winter season, and accordingly, plans to operate the currently active Incheon~Shenzhen and Busan~Qingdao routes once a week.
According to Air Busan, the load factors on these routes are satisfactory. The Busan~Qingdao route, which began its first flight on the 15th, was fully booked on the first day, and the Incheon~Shenzhen route has maintained an average load factor close to 80% over the past three months since resuming operations in July.

Air Busan also plans to increase the number of seats available for booking through its website and reservation center to enhance convenience for winter season flight reservations. An Air Busan official stated, "Considering the accessibility for domestic and Chinese local customers, we plan to expand sales not only through existing travel agencies but also via our website and reservation center."
