On the morning of the 20th, former spokesperson Park appeared on MBC radio and responded to the question, "Yesterday, you demanded on Facebook that Representative Yusangbeom apologize. Did you receive an apology?" by saying, "I did, but there has been no apology at all."
He said, "I seriously pondered all day yesterday whether this is a matter to take legal action over. So, I posted on Facebook thinking that if Representative Yu admitted his mistake and apologized, I would just let it pass as a misunderstanding, but there has been no apology as of today. I believe that to maintain order and raise awareness, we should consider legal action or similar measures."
When asked if he plans to jointly respond with other ruling party figures mentioned in Representative Yu's Optimus investor list, he replied, "Yes."
Regarding the criticism that legal punishment is impossible because statements made during the National Assembly audit are protected by parliamentary immunity, he emphasized, "Even if parliamentary immunity applies, intentional and planned statements made hiding behind this immunity ultimately create distrust in politics and cause harm to the good citizens of the Republic of Korea."
He added, "Even if the current system is like that, if there is a problem, it can serve as a stepping stone to raise awareness, create social discourse, and move toward improving the system. That is what I think."
Meanwhile, former spokesperson Park commented on former Blue House Administrative Officer Lee Jina hiding stock ownership while working at the Blue House, saying, "If that is true, it is extremely inappropriate, but among about 600 Blue House staff members, can there be no personal misconduct?"

He continued, "Even if it is revealed as personal misconduct, the Blue House should maintain an attitude of apology to the victims and the public and sincerely cooperate actively." He also said regarding Lee's refusal to appear as a witness in the National Assembly, "That seems inappropriate."
