This year, Eugene Investment & Securities has been actively innovating its customer contact channels. This is to overcome the limitations of the small and medium-sized retail system and to provide PB-centered sales and differentiated customer experiences. In April, it introduced the ‘Champions Lounge,’ a culture-specialized WM center, by integrating five branches in the Gangnam and Gangdong areas of Seoul, and the ‘Seoul WM Center’ was launched as the second step.
The Seoul WM Center will utilize the characteristics of a large WM center located in major business districts of Seoul to offer specialized PB sales using corporate finance and comprehensive asset management services. By utilizing team-based sales organizations, it plans to actively discover financial products in the corporate finance area such as corporate finance consulting, block deals, and unlisted stocks, and connect these to customer asset management to provide differentiated services.
To commemorate the opening, Eugene Investment & Securities held an opening ceremony at the Seoul WM Center at 5 p.m. on the 19th. Due to the impact of COVID-19, only key executives including Chairman Yoo Ji-chang, Vice Chairman Yoo Chang-soo, and CEO Ko Kyung-mo participated, and the event was held with minimal schedule including a center tour and cake cutting ceremony.
Instead of a large opening ceremony, Eugene Investment & Securities carried out sharing activities for the underprivileged. To fulfill corporate social responsibility and express gratitude to the local residents who supported the Gwanghwamun and Myeongdong branches, it purchased wheelchair accessory bags worth 10 million KRW and donated them to the Jongno District Office.
