On the 15th, the Seocho Police Station in Seoul announced that they had sent teenager A, suspected of special intimidation, to the prosecution without detention on the 6th.
According to the police, A is accused of going around knocking on doors with a weapon at an officetel in Seocho-gu, Seoul, where he resides, around 10:40 p.m. on the 19th of last month, threatening to kill residents. The police arrested A at the scene while he was heavily intoxicated.
