New Director of the National Intangible Heritage Center: Chae Su-hee, Cultural Heritage Administration Section Chief
On the 15th, the Cultural Heritage Administration announced the appointment of Chae Su-hee (47), Head of the Operations Support Division, as the Director of the National Intangible Heritage Center. The newly appointed Director Chae graduated from the Department of Political Science and Diplomacy at Sungkyunkwan University and completed a master's program in Policy Studies at the Graduate School of Public Administration, Seoul National University. She has served in various roles at the Cultural Heritage Administration, including Head of the Overseas Cultural Heritage Team, Director of the Excavation System Division, Director of the Policy Coordination Division, and Head of the Operations Support Division. She also has experience working as a Counsellor at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Spain under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The vacant position of Head of the Operations Support Division will be filled by Deputy Director An Hyeong-sun.
