Andong Mayor Kwon Young-se joins the 'Thank You Essential Workers' support campaign

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Dongwook Park] On the 14th, Kwon Young-se, mayor of Andong City, participated in the "Thank You Essential Workers" relay campaign to express gratitude and support to healthcare workers facing various difficulties due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
This campaign started on the 25th of last month to warmly encourage and support workers in healthcare, environmental sanitation, and transportation and delivery industries who have no choice but to perform face-to-face labor in a situation where non-face-to-face has become the norm.
Mayor Kwon Young-se, who was nominated by Eom Tae-hang, governor of Bonghwa County, said, "I sincerely thank and support the workers who are working on the front lines of the COVID-19 crisis, exposed to many risks for the daily lives of citizens."
