[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] Hanwha Construction announced on the 15th that it will sell units in 'Hanwha Forena Suwon Jang-an,' located in the 193 area of Pajang-dong, Jang-an District, Suwon, this December.
This complex consists of 11 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 27 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,063 households. By area, it is composed of ▲157 units of 64㎡ (exclusive area) A ▲165 units of 64㎡ B ▲482 units of 84㎡ A ▲259 units of 84㎡ B.
The Jang-an District area where Forena Suwon Jang-an is located boasts excellent accessibility to Seoul and is also expected to benefit from development prospects.
