Among them, the Russian vessel Korenovosk, which had 11 confirmed cases at Gamcheon Port, refused to disembark and was ordered to return to its home country.
According to health authorities on the 13th, COVID-19 tests were conducted on applicants for disembarkation from Russian-flagged vessels from the 11th to the 13th. As a result, 11 cases were confirmed on the Korenovosk, 3 on the Tigr, and 2 on the Sargan.
Accordingly, health authorities requested the captain to allow disembarkation for COVID-19 prevention and treatment, but they refused, citing no special symptoms, and reportedly remained at the outer port of Busan Port.
