Kakao Mobility Launches Large-Scale Experienced Recruitment for 18 Positions Including Development and Planning
Apply by the 26th... Scheduled to join in December
[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-gyu Lee] Kakao Mobility announced on the 13th that it will launch a large-scale open recruitment for experienced professionals.
Aside from the open recruitment for new developers conducted jointly by the Kakao community, this is the first time Kakao Mobility is independently conducting an open recruitment for experienced professionals.
Through this experienced professional recruitment, Kakao Mobility plans to secure competitiveness for the growth of existing services and the promotion of new businesses, taking a step closer to building 'MaaS (Mobility as a Service)' that satisfies all mobility needs through the Kakao T app.
The recruitment fields include a total of 18 positions in development, business planning, service planning, and management support. Anyone with more than three years of experience interested in the mobility and IT sectors can apply. Although the recruitment scale is in the double digits, the company plans to actively hire talented and challenging professionals who will lead the mobility industry without limiting the number of hires.
Applications can be submitted through the Kakao Mobility recruitment website until the 26th, and the final successful candidates are expected to join in December. The recruitment process will proceed in the order of document screening, job interview, and final interview. For development positions, after submitting basic personal information such as name, contact information, and desired job role, a separate coding test will be conducted. A 'blind' screening method is adopted to verify technical skills, and only those who pass the coding test will proceed to the interview stage.
The first interview will primarily be conducted online via video conferencing to prevent the spread of COVID-19. If an on-site interview is necessary, it will be held in an environment equipped with preventive measures such as thermal cameras, hand sanitizers, and partitions.
