[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] BC Card announced on the 12th that it will hold an event offering new account holders a maximum annual yield of 6.25% in collaboration with Shinhan Financial Investment.
This event is available to customers who open a Shinhan Financial Investment CMA account for the first time in their lifetime through Paybook by December 31. It is offered to the first 20,000 customers on a first-come, first-served basis and participation does not require a separate event application.
The 6.25% yield applies from the 2nd day of the month following the initial account opening for three months. If the customer makes at least one overseas stock trade through Paybook during the benefit period, an additional three months will be added, allowing a total of six months of high-yield benefits. Notably, the yield benefit applies up to a maximum of 1 million KRW within the account balance without any separate conditions such as meeting the previous month's performance or maintaining linked products.
