COVID-19 Leads to Online Investment Briefing for KOSDAQ Companies at Korea Exchange
Held Locally Overseas for 10 Years, but This Year It Is Virtual
[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] The Korea Exchange will hold an online IR event for KOSDAQ-listed companies targeting overseas institutional investors.
The Korea Exchange announced on the 11th that it will host the '2020 KOSDAQ Online Global IR.' Previously, this event was held locally in places such as Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United States since 2010. However, this year it will be conducted in a non-face-to-face manner due to the spread of COVID-19.
This time, six domestic bio companies including Oscotec, Bridge Biotherapeutics, Alteogen, Genexine, Hugel, and Jetema will participate. The event will be held in a one-to-many meeting format using an online video conferencing program. Institutional investors from Hong Kong and Singapore are expected to attend.
