COVID-19 58 New Cases Yesterday... 46 Local Infections (Update)
[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] The Central Disease Control Headquarters announced on the 11th at midnight that the number of new confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in South Korea increased by 58, bringing the total to 24,606. Among the 58 cases, 46 were locally transmitted and 12 were imported.
Looking at the local transmission status, there were 19 cases in Seoul, 3 in Busan, 1 in Incheon, 2 in Daejeon, 18 in Gyeonggi, 2 in Gangwon, and 1 in Chungnam.

Looking at the daily new confirmed cases over the past two weeks from the 28th of last month to this day, the numbers were 50→38→113→77→63→75→64→73→75→114→69→54→72→58. Except for two days, the first day of the Chuseok holiday on the 30th of last month (113 cases) and the 7th of this month (114 cases), the daily cases have consistently been in double digits.
