Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Selects LG CNS Consortium as SPC Operator for Sejong Smart City Project
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo In-ho] The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 8th that LG CNS's ‘Sejong O1’ consortium was selected as the preferred negotiator through the public offering for the private sector operator of the Sejong Smart City National Pilot City (Sejong 5-1 Living Zone) Special Purpose Corporation (SPC).
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has been promoting the public offering for the Sejong National Pilot City SPC company since April.
The Sejong National Pilot City SPC consists of public sector operators LH, Sejong Special Self-Governing City, and private sector operators.
