Songpa-gu Samjeon-dong Public Parking Lot Renovation
Improvement of Convenience Facilities for Users During 2-Week Construction... Service Enhancement Through Delegated Management by Songpa-gu Facilities Management Corporation
[Asia Economy Reporter Jong-il Park] Songpa-gu (Mayor Seong-su Park) has completed repair work on the Samjeon-dong public parking lot (25-17, Baekjegobun-ro 32-gil, Songpa-gu) and is operating it normally.
The public parking lot, opened in 2003, had various facilities deteriorated over time, causing significant inconvenience to users and nearby residents.
From September 5th, the district carried out repair work for two weeks, including replacing LED lighting and drainage pumps, remodeling restrooms, and replacing trenches and floors to reduce noise.
Additionally, ornamental trees were planted around the parking lot to prevent illegal dumping of trash in advance, creating a user-friendly environment.
Meanwhile, the Samjeon-dong public parking lot had been operated under private consignment through open competitive bidding, but with the contract period expired, it will now be consigned to the Songpa-gu Facilities Management Corporation.
This aims to ensure stable operation and improve services of the public parking lot.
