Ilpamanpa had reported holding a rally of about 100 people on the sidewalk in front of Donghwa Duty Free Shop in Gwanghwamun and on Sejong-daero on Liberation Day, but the gathering of participants from across the country, including Sarang Jeil Church, turned it into a large-scale rally.
