[Daily Fund Trends] 240 Billion KRW Net Outflow in Korean Bond Funds Over Two Days
[Asia Economy Reporter Geum Bo-ryeong] In the domestic bond fund market, 240 billion KRW disappeared over two days.
According to the Korea Financial Investment Association on the 8th, 107.3 billion KRW was net withdrawn from the domestic bond fund market excluding exchange-traded funds (ETFs) on the 6th. Considering that 131.6 billion KRW was also net withdrawn on the 5th, a total of 238.9 billion KRW was withdrawn over the two days.
On the other hand, 5 billion KRW was net inflowed into the overseas bond fund market.
On the same day, 27.9 billion KRW was net withdrawn from the domestic equity fund market. Meanwhile, 2.3 billion KRW was net inflowed into the overseas equity fund market.
Money Market Funds (MMFs) increased by 3.0171 trillion KRW compared to the previous day. The MMF subscription amount stood at 137.446 trillion KRW, and the total net assets amounted to 138.2998 trillion KRW.
