CJ CheilJedang Supports Vulnerable Children with Gut Health Checkups Ahead of Chuseok
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] CJ CheilJedang announced on the 29th that ahead of Chuseok, it supported gut health checkups for 100 children from vulnerable groups and delivered body measurement devices to check growth status along with BYO probiotics.
In addition, it delivered ‘HOPE Food Pack,’ a food package composed solely of CJ CheilJedang products, to 2,000 children at local child centers. Meanwhile, in May, CJ CheilJedang signed a multilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the ‘HOPE Food Pack’ campaign at the Korea Social Welfare Center in Gongdeok-dong, Seoul, together with the Korea Council on Social Welfare under the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the National Association of Local Child Centers, to support healthy meals and health checkups for children struggling with meal insecurity.
