Blossom M&C, Current and Former CEOs Accused of Embezzlement and Breach of Trust
[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Nahum] Blossom M&C announced on the 22nd that manager Kim Mo has filed a complaint against the current CEO Ji Mo, former CEO Song Mo, and former CFO Nam Mo on charges of breach of trust, embezzlement, theft or damage, and fraud in the course of business.
The amount involved in embezzlement and other offenses is 13.75 million KRW, which corresponds to 0.02% of the separate basis equity capital as of the end of last year.
