Korea Financial Investment Association Opens Courses on Real Estate Trust Practice and Credit Bond Investment
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Ju-yeon] The Korea Financial Investment Association's Financial Investment Education Institute announced on the 22nd that it will open the 'Real Estate Trust Practice' group training course starting November 3 and will recruit trainees until December 13.
This course is designed as a practical program to cultivate practical skills in real estate trusts, which combine real estate development and real estate finance, by analyzing trends in domestic and international real estate markets, laws and regulations, finance, and taxation.
In addition, industry experts in the field of real estate trusts will participate as instructors, which is expected to help trainees develop practical capabilities to evaluate the feasibility of individual real estate development projects through macro and micro analysis.
The training period is a total of 34 hours over 10 days from November 3 to December 3, held twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) in the evening at the Yeouido Financial Investment Education Institute.
Alongside this, a 'Credit Bond Investment' group training course will also be offered.
This course covers credit analysis methodologies, bond investment cases, asset-backed securities (ABS) investment, and credit crisis case analysis, aiming to cultivate practical skills for credit analysis and various bond investments.
The training period is a total of 21 hours over 5 days from November 3 to December 1, held once a week (Tuesdays) in the evening at the Yeouido Financial Investment Education Institute.
