Hankook Tire to Recruit New Employees for the Second Half of the Year Until the 4th of Next Month
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Hankook Tire & Technology (hereinafter Hankook Tire) announced on the 21st that it is continuously recruiting proactive leaders for the second half of 2020 until the 4th of next month.
In this second half recruitment, new employees will be hired mainly for research and development (R&D), production technology, management support, sales, and marketing positions. During the recruitment period, Hankook Tire plans to conduct various non-face-to-face activities to enhance applicants' understanding of the company, tires, and job roles, and to facilitate sincere communication.
First, through online channels such as the official Hankook Tire website, blog, Post, and Facebook, detailed customized information for applicants will be provided, including job guides, employee interview videos explaining the roles, required competencies, and related majors for various positions. Additionally, in early November, a job talk concert will be held as a live broadcast on Hankook Tire's official YouTube channel to address applicants' further questions and facilitate mutual communication.
Applicants wishing to join can apply through the Hankook Tire recruitment website until the 4th of next month. The recruitment process will proceed in the order of document screening, aptitude test (HKAT), and interviews. Successful candidates in the document screening will be announced in mid-October on the Hankook Tire recruitment website.
