Chevrolet Launches 'Real New Colorado' Marketing Campaign Led by Lee Jin-wook
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Chevrolet announced on the 21st that following the successful launch of the evolved authentic American pickup truck, the Real New Colorado, it will kick off full-scale marketing activities including broadcast advertisements, Instagram content introductions, estimate consultation applications, contract and delivery events, and 360-degree VR exhibition experiences.
To express the more sophisticated exterior design and off-roader sensibility of the Real New Colorado, Chevrolet selected actor Jinwook Lee as the advertising model and produced two commercials.
The "Energy" edition emphasizes the Real New Colorado’s class-leading performance boasting a maximum output of 312 horsepower and the unstoppable driving and water-fording capabilities demonstrated by the AutoTrac Active 4x4 system. The "Healing" edition features the luxurious design of the newly launched Z71-X trim and the large cargo space of the Colorado, depicting a moment of enjoying solitude in a quiet forest.
Meanwhile, Chevrolet is conducting various marketing campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction for the Real New Colorado, which has been accepting pre-orders since the 24th of last month. First, detailed content introducing the vehicle’s specifications will be shared through Chevrolet’s official Instagram, and starting next month, videos featuring actor Jinwook Lee’s interviews about behind-the-scenes stories of the TV commercial shoots and moments of test-driving the Real New Colorado on actual off-road terrain will be posted.
Additionally, until the end of November, Chevrolet will hold an estimate consultation event for the Real New Colorado through its official web and mobile pages, offering various camping supplies to selected participants by lottery to enjoy outdoor life with the Real New Colorado.
