Sparkplus, 99 Companies Moved In Last Month
Musinsa, Budview, Braincommerce, and Other Promising Companies Gather
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Sparkplus, a shared office provider led by CEO Mok Jin-geon, announced on the 17th that a total of 99 companies moved in during August. The number of members is approximately 800, with a significant influx of companies growing in various industries such as fashion, beauty, career, and gaming.
Following the online fashion platform Musinsa, which moved into the Seongsu Branch 2, Birdview, the operator of the mobile beauty platform 'Hwahae,' has settled in the Gangnam Branch 2. Birdview has established flexible and efficient spaces tailored to various purposes, including a shooting studio, nap room, massage chair room, and single-person workboxes, in addition to the main work areas. A Birdview representative said, "Sparkplus's 'Custom Office' service, which allows space configuration according to organizational vision and culture, played a key role in deciding to move in."
Brain Commerce, famous for the corporate and recruitment information platform 'Job Planet,' also completed moving its headquarters into the Seolleung Branch last month. Currently employing 140 people including subsidiaries, Brain Commerce uses a spacious area that can accommodate more than 160 employees. In addition, various companies such as Wisely, a premium shaving product subscription service (Seolleung Branch), and Playdogsoft, a global game developer (Gangnam Branch), joined as new tenants in August.

Sparkplus currently hosts well-known companies such as MyRealTrip, Playlist, Mesh Korea (Boorung), Bespin Global, Riiid (Santa TOEIC), and Heodak, making it a focal point for corporate growth. CEO Mok Jin-geon of Sparkplus stated, "We have been dedicated to providing an efficient work environment with the philosophy that the success of tenant companies is the success of Sparkplus, which has resulted in many inquiries from companies," adding, "Sparkplus will continue to develop and provide substantial services that support the growth of tenant companies."
