Yoon, who served as the chairperson of the Justice and Memory Foundation (Jeonguiyeondae), said in a statement immediately after the prosecution's announcement of the indictment without detention, "Over the past three months, I, the organization, and the activists have sincerely cooperated with the investigation and provided sufficient explanations," adding, "Nevertheless, I deeply regret the prosecution's decision to proceed with an indictment without detention."
