KOTRA Hosts Three-Day Online Employment Seminar for Foreign Companies
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] KOTRA is helping young people find jobs at foreign companies. On the 14th, KOTRA announced that it will hold an online "Foreign Investment Company Employment Special Lecture" for three days.
About 5,000 job seekers nationwide are expected to participate in this special lecture. The nine-session course, led by professional instructors, covers topics such as ▲how to write an English resume ▲how to prepare for interviews at foreign companies ▲finding the right company for oneself. There is also a session for meeting successful job seekers and HR managers.
Additionally, the Korean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry will focus on employment at German companies. They will introduce the Berufsausbildung program, a logistics expert training course, and the dual system of work and study called Ausbildung for high school graduates seeking employment.
This special lecture will be conducted as a webinar, and participants can apply through the KOTRA Foreign Investment Company Recruitment Support Team blog.

Jang Sanghyun, CEO of KOTRA Invest Korea, said, "There are more than 14,700 foreign-invested companies operating in Korea," and added, "In November, we will hold an online job fair for foreign-invested companies to take the lead in alleviating youth unemployment."
