View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Choi Hyun-joo] Changwon City in Gyeongnam announced on the 10th that it has signed an investment attraction business agreement for the establishment of Darin Co., Ltd.'s 3rd factory in the Masan Free Trade Zone, Masanhoewon-gu, Masan.
Darin Co., Ltd. is a global company manufacturing container pump dispensers and sprays for daily necessities and cosmetics. The signing ceremony was attended by Changwon Mayor Heo Seong-mu, Darin CEO Park Gye-hong, and Jeon Jin-mo, Head of Management Support Headquarters.
Through this agreement, Darin will newly invest 6 billion KRW to build the 3rd factory with an area of 3,323㎡ in the Masan Free Trade Zone, creating more than 22 new jobs. The city plans to provide administrative and financial support to ensure smooth corporate investment.
Darin's export performance is expected to reach 13 million USD by the end of this year due to increased orders from existing clients and continuous expansion of new domestic and overseas clients, driven by the rising demand for hand sanitizers and hand cleansers for infection prevention. Furthermore, export contracts worth more than 8 million USD have already been signed for next year.
