Gwangju Dong-gu Operates On-site Local Tax Consultation Service
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Seon-gang] Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (Mayor Im Taek) announced on the 10th that it will operate an 'On-site Local Tax Consultation Office' for 2,336 households moving into the Gyerim 8 District Grand Central Apartment.
From the day the move-in begins at Gyerim 8 District, an on-site consultation office will be set up at the Gyerim 1-dong Administrative Welfare Center until November 8, providing residents with tax consultations related to acquisition tax reporting and payment due to sales and redevelopment.
The on-site local tax consultation office will operate three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) from 2 PM to 5 PM. It will provide guidance on apartment acquisition tax calculation, reporting and payment deadlines and methods, exemptions, and local tax payment schedules related to real estate ownership.
