[Photo] Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon District, Receives Donation of 100 Rezoom Non-contact Thermometers
[Asia Economy Reporter Jong-il Park] On the morning of the 8th at 10 a.m., Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon-gu, held a handover ceremony for contactless thermometers with Rezoom in the mayor's office.
Rezoom (CEO Kim Jin-hyun), a specialized manufacturer of beauty devices, donated 100 contactless infrared thermometers worth 10 million KRW to help overcome COVID-19 at the ceremony.
The donated contactless infrared thermometers can measure a person's temperature within 2 seconds using a one-click infrared detection sensor.
The district plans to distribute the donated thermometers to social welfare facilities in the area with many users. They will be placed in 9 comprehensive social welfare centers, 1 Nowon-gu Food Bank Market Center, and 40 child welfare facilities for use in quarantine efforts.
The handover ceremony was held with the attendance of the mayor and the CEO of Rezoom, proceeding with the donation handover and photo session.
