Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education Distributes Remote Learning Materials for Elementary and Secondary Schools on Site
To Facilitate Smooth Interaction with Students and Others
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] The Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education announced on the 8th that it will develop educational materials to support remote classes and distribute them to the field.
The developed materials are remote class resources designed to enhance interaction and feedback for elementary, middle, and high school students, with two types for elementary and one type for middle school developed.
'Designing Elementary Remote Classes through Cases' presents excellent remote class cases operated in the first semester at elementary schools and a step-by-step approach to real-time interactive classes. 'Designing Elementary Blended Classes through Cases' introduces cases linking in-person and remote classes along with six class models.
The 'Middle School 2020 Challenge for Blended Classes with Learning and Growth' booklet contains 10 blended and remote class models for middle and high school Korean, Math, Social Studies, Science, and English subjects, as well as 10 instructional videos. The related 10 videos are provided via QR codes in the booklet.
