According to Hyundai Motor on the 7th, a power outage occurred at Hyundai Motor's Ulsan Plant 5 around 8:20 a.m., temporarily stopping all production lines. The nearby Hyundai Mobis factory also came to a halt. In response, Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) launched emergency restoration work. Other production lines within Hyundai Motor's Ulsan plant were operating normally as of 10 a.m.
