University LINC+ Project Group to Recruit Baking Course Participants Until September 18
At Dongmyeong University, 19 residents obtained Level 2 certification through a barista training program held for the community.

Dongmyung University announced that from June to September, it conducted barista training at the Kang Seok-jin Start-up Village on the 3rd floor of the International Industry-Academia Cooperation Building, and recently 19 local residents obtained Level 2 certificates.
The barista training, organized by Dongmyung University LINC+ Project Group (Director Shin Dong-seok) to revitalize socio-economic RCC, was conducted for 19 local residents in two phases, with 10 sessions of 2 hours each per phase, totaling 20 sessions.
The program included ▲ Introduction to Coffee ▲ Coffee Extraction ▲ Espresso Extraction ▲ Milk Steaming ▲ HOT & ICE Menu Practice.
In addition to barista training, the Dongmyung University LINC+ Project Group Community Collaboration Center plans to recruit participants for baking courses for local residents until September 18, including ▲ 2nd session Baking with Children (3 types of mini cakes made without an oven) ▲ 3rd session Healthy Daily Home Baking (use of sauces and purees) ▲ 4th session Healthy Daily Home Baking (use of commercially available frozen croissant dough).
The baking courses for local residents provide 50% support for tuition and material costs. Students only need to pay 60,000 KRW.
