Teenager Arrested for Stealing Laptop from Unlocked Car

The Gangdong Police Station in Seoul announced on the 3rd that they have booked and are investigating a suspect, A, on charges of theft.
A is accused of entering an unlocked vehicle in a parking lot in Myeongil-dong, Gangdong-gu, around 2:40 a.m. on the 16th of last month and stealing a laptop. A is not a juvenile exempt from prosecution and is reported to have admitted to the charges during the police investigation.
