Housing Finance Corporation Announces Winners of Policy Mortgage Contest
A Total of 26 Selected... Grand Prize Winners Receive 1 Million Won Each and Other Prizes Awarded
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] Korea Housing Finance Corporation announced on the 2nd that it has selected a total of 26 entries through the ‘Policy Mortgage Video and Experience Essay’ contest.
The corporation selected a total of 26 winning entries (14 grand prizes, 12 runner-up prizes) from a total of 475 submissions (42 videos, 433 experience essays) received from May 18 to July 31, targeting families of customers using the Bogeumjari Loan and Didimdol Loan. Prize money was awarded as follows for both video and experience essay categories: ▲Grand Prize 1,000,000 KRW each ▲Excellence Award 500,000 KRW each ▲Encouragement Award 200,000 KRW each ▲Runner-up Prize 100,000 KRW each.
The grand prize in the video category went to “Gojunghasiososeo,” which showcased the benefits of the long-term, fixed-rate policy mortgage product ‘Bogeumjari Loan.’ The grand prize in the experience essay category was awarded to “Thirty-five, the Best Thing I’ve Done in Life,” a story about securing a home for a mother in poor health through the ‘Bogeumjari Loan’ product.
