View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ga-yeon] Professor Seo Min, co-author of the recently published and highly popular book A Country Never Experienced Before, also known as the 'Joguk Black Book,' criticized President Moon Jae-in's governance, stating that "the current administration is performing worse than the Park Geun-hye administration."
On the 1st, during KBS Radio's 'Joo Jin-woo Live,' when asked whether the Moon Jae-in administration is performing worse compared to the previous government, Professor Seo replied, "I thought no government could perform worse than the Park Geun-hye administration, but I can say without hesitation that this is the case."
He said, "Park Geun-hye knew nothing and was the epitome of incompetence. The good thing was that she was incompetent and also lazy, so she did nothing. Therefore, the country just operated according to the system," adding, "However, President Moon is currently incompetent but shows a willingness to work hard. That actually makes things worse."
He then likened the government to a parasite, saying, "Parasites live by feeding on a human body, so if the host is unhealthy, the parasite dies too," and criticized, "The current government operates on the people's taxes but is ruining the present and even the future, making it worse than a parasite."
Regarding the 'fandom politics' blindly supporting President Moon, Professor Seo stated, "The Moon Jae-in government is being led by its supporters. While it is true that fandom drives the administration, the government being led by fandom naturally bears greater responsibility," and added, "President Moon cannot control the Moon Jae-in fandom."

Meanwhile, former lawmaker Choi Min-hee, who appeared on the same broadcast afterward, countered Professor Seo's claims by saying, "I am a bit worried that your perspective has become so narrow due to your research on parasites," and "I evaluate that President Moon and the Democratic Party are accepting and leading the fandom well as it is. Criticizing fandom is petty."
