Delivery Hero Launches Donation Campaign for Children in Welfare Blind Spots
'Happy Alliance' and Matching Donations to Provide Warm Meals for Children in Welfare Blind Spots
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Delivery Hero Korea (CEO Kang Shin-bong) announced on the 2nd that it will launch the donation campaign "Happy Dookki Challenge," which supports warm meals for children in welfare blind spots, in collaboration with the social contribution platform "Happy Alliance."
This campaign is part of the "Delicious Happiness Donation Campaign," through which Delivery Hero Korea has been delivering Happy Lunchboxes to children at risk of food insecurity since 2017. Notably, this campaign involves both Yogiyo and its customers in the donation process. When customers make a donation payment within the Yogiyo app for a warm meal for children, Delivery Hero Korea and Happy Alliance will match the same amount as a donation.
The participation method is simple. Until November 30, customers can select the main banner or the campaign banner within their order history in the Yogiyo app, enter the donation region and amount on the corresponding page, and click the donate button to complete their participation. All donation funds will be used to support lunchboxes for children in welfare blind spots who are at risk of nutritional imbalance to promote their healthy growth. Even after the campaign ends, continuous support for children in welfare blind spots will be provided through cooperation with local governments.
