Providing Customized Information on Culture and Events for Residents in Gangnam-gu via KakaoTalk
Add 'Gangnam-gu Office' to the search channel in KakaoTalk user settings.
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Gangnam-gu (District Mayor Jung Soon-gyun) has launched the KakaoTalk channel ‘Gangnam-gu Office’ to enhance the convenience of information delivery as an ‘Ontact Leader,’ and will provide a visiting district administration promotion service starting September 1.
This service was conceived based on the high usage rate of KakaoTalk among domestic smartphone users and the ease of providing customized information by gender and age, as well as high-quality administrative services.
Users can search for ‘Gangnam-gu Office’ on KakaoTalk and add the channel.
Gangnam-gu plans to provide information related to district office events, various festivals, performances, exhibitions, as well as civil complaint reception and processing results, local COVID-19 status and confirmed patient movement routes, Gangnam Life webzine, and a connection service to the district office website containing diverse content through various SNS channels including KakaoTalk.
Gangnam-gu was the first local government nationwide to introduce ▲AI voice support for website content ▲smart civil complaint and ticket issuance ▲RSS services, and is actively adopting portal site-style design and visual content such as videos, card news, interactive content, and webtoons.
