The People’s Party released the dialogue between Ahn and Jin in three parts on the 13th, and on the 30th, they published the third and final video.
In the dialogue, Jin said, "The Democratic Party is now dominated entirely by the pro-Moon faction. The Saenuri Party collapsed because it was dominated by the pro-Park (pro-Park Geun-hye) faction, and they are doing the exact same thing." He added, "Through the internet, the pro-Moon faction and 'Ddaekkaemoon' (a derogatory term for President Moon Jae-in’s ardent supporters) are exerting influence over the nomination process and so on."
He continued, "The leadership should draw a line, but everyone is just sitting there trying to get the president’s approval. They have become mere rubber stamps," and said, "In short, the entire legislative branch is controlled by the pro-Moon faction."
Ahn referred to Democratic Party lawmaker Kim Doo-kwan’s statement before the April 15 general election that he would "devote himself solely to protecting President Moon."
He criticized, "It is the ruling party’s role to check the executive branch," and said, "He does not even qualify to be a member of the National Assembly, and I doubt if he even has an elementary school diploma."
Furthermore, Ahn explained, "When a king, representing the executive branch, tries to use taxes at will, it is the role of the legislature to stop him and reflect the will of the people. The complete collapse of this function is the tragic reality of the 21st National Assembly."
Jin said, "Even the next presidential candidates of the Democratic Party know that if they don’t get the approval of those people over there, they cannot become the next candidate, so they only say things to please the hardline pro-Moon faction," adding, "That’s why there is no alternative."
He further mentioned, "Someone like Lee Jae-myung might be an alternative, but Lee Nak-yeon will just ride along. So it will be 'Moon Jae-in Season 2.'"
