The county council made this decision to share the pain with the residents as the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic was compounded by flood damage caused by heavy rains.
The council decided to cut a total of 49 million won, combining 39 million won for overseas travel expenses and 10 million won for international event invitations and study tours, in the second supplementary budget to be held next month.
