TmaxSoft Takes the Lead in 'Middleware' Even in Cloud Environments
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] TmaxSoft announced on the 24th that it will activate its attack on the cloud middleware market in the second half of the year.
Middleware is software that acts as the "blood vessels" in the entire IT system. It enables various data to move. TmaxSoft plans to target the cloud middleware market centered on its representative web application server (WAS) products, 'JEUS' and 'HyperFrame.'
TmaxSoft has released a cloud edition of 'JEUS,' which has maintained the No. 1 market share in Korea. Since then, it has continuously advanced the structure and functions to provide powerful performance even in the public cloud.
JEUS supports large-scale and distributed computing in cloud environments. It also separates management and service areas to provide large-scale scalability and supports dynamic configuration to realize operational convenience for administrators.
Through Tmax's integrated middleware platform 'HyperFrame,' JEUS can also be experienced in a form optimized for cloud environments.
HyperFrame provides an integrated offering of various middleware groups, including JEUS, web servers, frameworks, and API gateways, both commercial and open-source products, in cloud environments.
Users can conveniently configure, adjust, and manage the functions of the integrated middleware product group, including JEUS, in cloud environments through HyperFrame, and combine Tmax's existing products with open-source products for utilization.
JEUS was recently applied as the WAS for the cloud-based learning platform 'e-Hakseupteo,' which supported online school openings. It resolved bottlenecks of up to 650,000 simultaneous connections in the cloud environment and achieved successful management.
Additionally, in the first half of this year, TmaxSoft launched a server installation product with KT Cloud and Naver Cloud Platform, allowing cloud users to easily create WAS servers with just a click from the console. It is also provided through various public clouds such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and G-Cloud.
